Alright so I was bidding for unlimited tp's in an auction. And I won for 4.1k. But right when i won it my internet went out. So I logged on today and I find my house has been completely locked (chests, doors, placing anything). He owns the town I live in and I'm planning on moving now but I need all of my stuff unlocked and I refuse to pay him the money now. Please Help. Sincerely, RUSHtoWIN
So after doing a bit of research and talking in-game, it seems that you were falsely from removed the town without warning. David_Torento, the mayor of town, was the person who took away your perms. Although you did not pay the 4.1k at first because of you losing your internet, you did after I talked to you. David_Torento, the money has been paid to the trade sign you put on the RUSHtoWIN's plot. What has to happen now is RUSHtoWIN getting perms back for long enough to collect their items, or RUSHtoWIN will keep the plot and not lose perms, unless in the future a town/server rule is broken, inactivity, etc. If one of these 2 situations do not happen, feel free to post a complaint. Both of you, consider this a warning. David, do not falsely remove someone from a town without warning. RUSH, please try to be careful about not paying people. I do know that your internet went out, but it is your responsability to pay for what you won in the auction, and to do so right away. This situation mostly seems like a misunderstanding between both of you due to an unfortunate internet outage, but please be patient and act in a mature matter when situations like this happen. I will tag you both, so you may read my post. RUSHtoWIN David_Torento
This has happened due to him breaking the rule of "false bidding", which is a server rule. One of my town rules is to not break server rules. I believe i left a sign saying he will have 3 days after paying to get his things. the sign has been removed, and his chests uncovered. To prevent grief, I did not give him perms back, BUT if he needs them to get anything, I will happily return them if he shoots me a /mail on the server.
