It might just take some time for the feature to be processed. Just wait a little bit and see what happens
Well I read it as you had not gotten your feature at first, but then once I re-read it I realized you were probably using it before the server restarted. Processing the purchase is what I meant, which is what happens between the time of buying the feature and receiving it in game
