Click Signature
Click on the insert image icon that looks like a square with mountains and a sun in it.
Insert Image URL.

I use imgur to upload my images. Make sure the image isn't too big? Also, if you're using imgur, click on the full image for the actual URL. Not the URL to the album of the image.
