Whenever I try to switch my profile picture from the defult I get this message. Im not sure what to do so could somebody tell me whats goingon or post a guild On how to switch you Profile picture? I get this message everytime I try to switch >.<
This could mean that the image you are trying to upload is to large of a file, or the image type is not supported.
No it's doing that to me too! And I am uploading avatar pictures I used before in the past that worked on this forum. It does that to EVERY pic I try to upload? =/ Anyways, I pm'd andrewkm about it, hopefully he knows what's up.
No help?... All andrewkm told me to do was to report it in the Help & Support forum threads. :C Anyone figure out how to fix it?
I'm having the same problem and I am also unable to logout, I've tried many photos and I cannot seem to change this link photo I currently have.
maybe it was the image type or res but I randomly found one photo that worked for me on Google images, hopefully this can help your problem?
No they fixed it recently, it works again. Before, no matter which/what picture I chose (even old ones that worked before!) it would not upload... but I'm glad it works again! (>w<)
oh ok nice I just tried today on Google and it worked, thanks for the update information. Finally right
