    Hello, I cannot find the 1.6.4 Optifine link anywhere, but people already say they have it, can someone please link me or let me know where to find the download?

    I'm confused by what you mean, it already IS released, it's at the link I posted to the optifine downloads. Or did you just want to plug your website? I think the latter is probably the case.
