Here is the deal, I am extremly lazy and do not feel like makeing a town defined. Here is what i want you to do, make a 100x100 and put Washington_D.C on the signs. Create the town, level it, and I will pay 20K for it. I have no specifics; however it needs to be 200x200 and if you are making it over water, make it all grass! DO NOT MAKE THE APPLICATION! I WILL BE THE ONE TO DO THE APP, YOU ARE JUST MAKING THE LEVELED PLOT!!!!!
