I am currently building a new town over ocean and I need help! The town is divided into 4 quadrants of 100x100 each. I am providing the dirt - 3 Double Chests for each Quadrant. You are only committing to fill one of the four quadrants which I will assign to you upon acceptance. I will pay in 3 equal installments - One payment after each Double Chest of dirt is placed. I am generally not a fan of block placing, but for you I would make an exception. I would offer to place the whole 200x200 town for somewhere between 10-15k, I will let you decide. If all goes as I currently plan, I could start after I get up tonight and work on it when not required to be social with other people. As for an exact ETA, I'm not sure. By the end of the weekend at the latest?
