I would just like to perhaps get clarification, perhaps provoke a discussion as to what extent this is enforced and why, in my eyes, I see people "breaking" this rule but it is looked over.

    Here is the rule:
There is the selling of avatars, signatures, banners and skins amongst other graphics and minecraft-realted items, all of which can be used away from ECC. I have also seen requests for youtube graphics and graphic designing for other games.

Now this brings me on to another controversial topic, the selling of macros. The rules would dictate this is not allowed as though minecraft and ECC related it can be used away from the server. But as can the examples given above.

So my question is, does this rule need to be changed to allow what is already "allowed" or should the current rule be enforced?
