I keep hearing people saying that being a realtor is a great way to make money, but I'm wondering how I would go about selling my plot? Would I have to have one of the town owners there to make it official? Am I even allowed to do this?
emaillovesyou I'm not quite sure how to explain you this, but I will give it a go. In order for you to sell your plot, you would have to advertise it in the trading. With something like "/ch tr" "Selling my plot! message me" Once you get someone interested, and he likes the amount you are asking, and decides to go forward with the deal. You can get your town Mayor to be present, and add him to the town, and give him permission to the plot, once he has payed you, and the deal is sealed off. If you are a Co-Mayor of the town, you can add that person on your own. By doing "/rg addmember [TownName] [User that you want added]" Example: "Rg addmember Shroomtopia iOrbit" Make sure your town owner allows you to do these kinds of deals. There are many ways of making money, be sure to do "/help money" to help you.
