Hi all, If you have the rank of builder and you would like to farm cocoa beans (My personal favorite), I will give you lifetime perms to my 200X200 Cocoa Farm in my town called Ladysmith. Its is a great way to make money on EEC. It has a Portal for easy access and when you join you will get a free Diamond axe to start farming right away. you can PM me (Private Message = "/pm greylith your message") in game or respond to this post and I will add you to the town. I would like to have permission to your cocoa bean farm, I'm a builder but I'm already in a town so am I allowed to be in more than one town?
Your allowed to, if neither have a portal it's not recommended though as it would be pretty hard to get back and forth
