I have been offline for the past few days as I was away so when I came back, it was asking for my 2 factor authentication (have it turned on). So I went to the google authentication app and typed in the number I saw. Said invalid code. So I tried again, still invalid. I thought it was just being weird so I waited for the number to refresh and put in the new number that showed up, still gave me invalid code. Fed up, I went to minechat to see if I could get on to the server through there. It asked for 2fa so I put my code in through there and still got invalid code. Never deleted the app or changed anything. Have no idea what to do. This is really frustrating as I want to play ecc
@myminecrafter01 ya i've been using 2fa for around a month now, rly confused why it just stopped working
and you're certain you using the correct code? you can add multiple site/services to the google authenticator app.
@myminecrafter01 yep, only have 1, spigotmc is the only one I use. Worked every time until now. Try putting code in at least 15 times
Due to some recent happening Andrew is probably a little more busy than usual. I'll make sure he's aware of this.
Best thing to do right now is email him at [email protected] with the email you use for your forum account here letting him know what is happening. He will either let you know what is wrong or just remove the 2fa so that you are able to get back in game.
