Actually, I have been working on it. Built a nice home for myself and now getting amenities for the town.
Ok, I have to ask - the only amenities at this time are your Mayor mansion and so that is worth 1 mil? I would love to come see your house when you see me on since you do not have a portal yet.

Plots will stay the same size and will not be cheaper. You must be Mayor+ and must be VIP. These requirements have no exceptions.
