I've tried many different HD texture packs on Mac and they all seem to have the same problem. I use the patcher and everything but when it comes to playing the game it crashes whenever i try to craft a block.. this is also a problem in singleplayer. 1- I have the HD patcher and that seems to make it crash. (Crashes with MineCraft For Kids, Gerudoku, BorderCraft, John Smith etc.) 2- If I make the files a zip and put them into the texture pack folder pumpkins, brick blocks, gold, iron and diamond blocks become screwed up. i.e brick blocks are 1/4 brick 1/4 nothing 1/4 portal and 1/4 fire o.o pumpkins have a side that is full of flowing lava and gold iron and diamond blocks have 1/4 fire on all sides.... anyone know how to fix this?
I would re-download the game (new bin, etc..) just to make sure everything is clean and fine, then double check that you have the NEWEST patcher, and the NEWEST version of the texture packs. o.o
