Minecraft Username: Unknownrider Brief Description: When using /hat, a user can put any armor piece they wish on their head for added protection. Example, if a user were to /hat a diamond chest plate it would give the amount of protection as if they were wearing two diamond chest plates. A full set of diamond armor gives 10 points of full protection with the chest plate making up 4 points of that. So when the user /hats the chest plate, they will have 14 points of protection, which is 140% more then originally given. Instructions: 1. Get a chest plate. 2. /hat the chest plate. 3. You will see that it gives extra protection. How many times did you recreate this bug?: I myself cannot create this bug, but I had Delitad do it multiple times. Result: Armor rating is boosted by 4 extra points. Expected Result: Armor rating would not be boosted at all. Evidence: Delitad is a participant in this bug test and confirms that it works.
Been found already. viewtopic.php?f=7&t=14451 Hopefully something can be done about it, because with enchanted armor... who knows how bad this could be. :|
