(Does not apply to pre-builts) Rules: Builds may only be placed on their assigned plot Editing a prebuilt is considered griefing (unless consulted by town mayor) Opening an unlocked chest has no penalty All other server rules apply Being inactive for more than too weeks will result in an eviction (unless request is sent to town mayor with an explanation). Mining in the town will result in a town ban. Structures taller than 40 structures are not allowed Lava in builds is not permitted Cobblestone is not allowed to be visible by roads or overhead Killing any animals with name tags will result in ban If a prebuilt is sold on a plot belonging to a user other than the town owner, 20% of profit must be given to the town owner (to avoid exploitation). The public farm is strictly for food resources, and it not to be used for profit.
