Reason: Well I realized earlier today that halloween was coming up soon so I thought if there were any ways ECC could celebrating it. Any Other Information: Nope. Think about why the prices were lowered. People farmed in overtime to get as much as 30k an hour at optimal rates. That is just at $2. $10 is absolutely unthinkable to what that would do. And people could hoard pumpkins until that one day and sell them to make ridiculous profits. In other words, bad idea.
That's what a ton of people (including me ) would do! Hoard all of these pumpkins, fill tons of large chests with them, and then sell them all on that day. Example: If pumpkins were $2, a large chest full would be worth almost $7,000 If pumpkins were $5, a large chest full would be worth almost $17,250 If pumpkins were $10, a large chest full would be worth almost $35,000 A large chest full isn't hard to get at all. If pumpkins were $10 each, anyone could just fill 10 chests with them, and get $350,000 in just a few minutes of doing /sell hand. Basically saying, sorry, but no. It would cause a major inflation in the economy, and wreck the prices of everything. I would like this, and almost everyone else would like this if it wouldn't ruin the economy, but it would, which is why most people wouldn't like this.
I agree, doing this would really hurt the economy, especially with people stocking up on pumpkins. Also, so many people converted their pumpkin farms to melon farms and I think this would cause a lot of anger from raising the pumpkin prices. Sorry, but I can't agree with your suggestion
