First off I am new to the forums. I am sorry if this is in the wrong section! What happened was I started playing ECC on my account (commandergamer16) and 3 days ago I tried logging into that account and it said wrong password/ID so I tried to go the website to reset but I don't have access to the Email I used to create commandergamer16 so basically someone either stole my account or hacked. So now I created this account and its more secure and I am sure it wont be "stolen/hacked." But my main question is can you guys unlock my locks? Also is there any way to retrieve the money and items from his inventory? I also had the resident title on my old account (commandergamer16) application: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/resident-application-commandergamer16.66665/ I got the money from a player in ECC. I am hoping you can help me with this. I will try my prove to you that commandergamer16 was my old account that got hacked and I will provide evidence of anything you to assure my identity. Also to make it clear I am not asking for you guys to give me resident rank back. I just want the locks unlocked but if I prove my identity and its possible for you guys to credit that rank to this account that would absolutely be awesome!!! Thank you again!
Greetings, You are probably going to have to get the town mayor to unlock the locks after the other acct is inactive for a certain amount of time. You will need to convince them of your identity as they are not required to give the items to you. As for the Resident rank, money, etc, I do not believe the ECC staff is going to transfer anything over from the old acct to the new acct. Short version: You are starting over from scratch. Welcome to ECC and have fun. Make sure to keep your acct secure.
Ok. Thank You! The Mayor is a nice guy and we are good friends. He already knows about my situation and said after 7 days he will ask staff to unlock them but I just wanted to see if the staff can do anything else. If not that's fine too!
