    blackopskiller68 was stealing stuff out of unlocked chest. Not mine chests but other peoples' chests. Also a week ago he was cussing at me in a hunger games match.

    Unfortunately taking things from unlocked chests is allowed and not illegal here in ECC. Also if you have evidence of him harassing you in game with foul language, please be sure to take screenshots and file a separate complaint next time.
