I am happy to inform you that no one has been farming your cocoa beans, however I can also explain why you are finding them on the ground. It is because the cocoa beans that you plan and the jungle log that you plant them on are in separate chunks, often when loading the chucks (one before the other) the jungle logs will not be loaded when the cocoa beans are loaded. If cocoa beans are not placed on a log (or they do not detect a log there, they will fall off), this is what is happening with your farm. Locked.
