The potato farm I cannot say as it was be used since this was filled, and it was currently being farmed when I went to check. As for the melon farm, it was done by Fire_Chicken25. I will not be taking any action on this report due to what I can can confirm is done by the user, may just be a misunderstanding on how to use the farm. You can remove the user from the region, or talk to him about the issue.
