I had the locks removed because the owner of the plot went inactive and the plot was being cleared. I sent you a notice to remove the locks and you didn't respond. Your horse is in my stable and you can pick it up next time we're both on.
There is nothing wrong with what usernameofdeath has done. The person had been notified and the things were removed. As for the horse, you can contact usernameofdeath in game and try to resolve something. Locked.
