Brief Description: 1) glass broken around water 2)glass broken 3) rails removed There are many other griefs around town that arent listed here, I believe they were all done, most likely, by the same person.

Update: I placed sponge to clean up the water. The actual location of the grief was not touched

 

After further inspection of my town, it seems that the evidence above is only a fraction of the grief, however I do believe that it was the same person. The other griefs include, leaves removed from plot borders, random dirt holes and crafting tables destroyed.
