User who broke the block was determined to be (megmaemae), although I know that you can not use this for actual evidence. I have instructed (gangztaz) to not fix the block until this report goes through. Evidence: The block is missing, I can upload a screenshot if absolutely necessary, but I do not see the reason to in this situation. Rollback: No rollback requested.
