Could you please be more specific as to who would have created the wall as i am getting multiple results on people destroying blocks there, currently the names on the destroyed cobble are cyerye and darklord_corag. Also as this is very minor there isnt alot i can do about it but your are well within your rights to remove them from the town as long as you allow them some time to collect their things from the town.
