The "other town" is mine. The story is true, and I offically give my permision for slime to have placed lava at the border of my town. So no problems there now. (Of course I can't speak for josh's town.)
Your coords are wrong. Please check and double check before placing any kind of app, that you have provided the correct information. Also, you said yourself that he placed it in a town and it happened to go over to your town.. and he cleaned it up so there will be no action taken.
