You're not going to like this. The culprit is FeerKiller. This user was banned for massive grief in Crannington and his actions were rolled back. Unfortunately he worked on this farm, placed a ton of this dirt. Since his actions were rolled back it's now as if he never placed those dirt blocks. I'm very sorry but there's no way to roll this back. You'll have to repair it on your own.
