@miniCLH, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your culprit is @tamzbrd55, who was already banned for "minor grief in the town of Welch," I'm guessing in the early stages of your discovery here. That being said, this goes beyond minor grief. The upgrade below will permit you to remove him/her from the town without the necessity for formal eviction. @tamzbrd55 broke a total of 151 blocks that I could find for certain, well into major grief territory. In addition, there was one spot he/she griefed, then the owner repaired it, then he/she griefed the same spot again. In addition, there was one spot where he/she deliberately griefed a public farm in such a way as to cause additional water grief of the crops, including 54 potatoes. You also seem to have one or two town residents who don't stay inside their own plots, but it was hard to tell for sure, so I didn't draw any formal conclusions. Tamzbrd55 ban reason updated from "minor grief in town of Welch" to "Major Grief in town of Welch 8/30/15" I'm afraid this doesn't qualify for a rollback, however. While it is spread out around the town, it does not approach the $7,500 threshold.
