I have warned him multiple times already about replanting my cocoa been farm after use as well. It is clearly stated in the Cobaltium rules that you must replant every crop that you harvest. Edit: Also found that he has broken into my penthouse suite. Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area It's the Cobaltium farms, those who have perms to the town are able to edit blocks.
