The walls of the structure where made of the coal, iron, and redstone block. The top of the structure had the lapiz and gold blocks as decoration on top. @GTREX55 Myself and two other smods went to this location. None of use could find any logs as to who done this. Either you have waited to long to report the grief as our logs are reset frequently. Or this happened before the resent server crash we had as the crash wiped our logs. Either way, unfortunately we can not ban someone if we have no proof that they've done it from our investigation and we can not do a rollback if we don't know who did it. I am very sorry about this.
