In which under Staff discretion, proper action will take place (warning, rollback, temporary ban, or permanant ban.) If your Grief Report/Rollback Request has been replied to and locked, and you feel unsatisfied with the results, then there is nothing else we can do. Under certain circumstances, we will not always be able to locate the griefer (due to the 7 day log) and due to software issues, rollbacks may not properly go through if needed. If your thread has been locked, please do not re-post it - as all actions should've already been taken by the Staff member who replied to your previous report. Please remember a rollback may not go through immediately as it is something that is approved by server owners only. SeniorMods/SuperMods will check the grief, ban the user if needed, and report the rollback to an Owner. When an owner is online he will then deal with the grief. So if your thread is locked, yet a rollback wasn't done yet, but is scheduled you must wait. Unless of course a rollback is impossible, then there is nothing more that can be done
