Brief Description:
The actual grief is as such: Karma2014 removed and rearranged a bunch of redstone lamps, quartz blocks, and pillars that used to be a floor design. They also removed two columns from the underground vault. Both columns consisted of 2 blocks (either spruce plank or stone) with a redstone lamp and redstone block on top that were removed. Finally, they also removed a cook pot in the house.

The perpetrator is karma2014. They illegally moved from their apartment to an open plot yesterday, without paying for it. This was acceptable, as @RobertKeller25 payed their way through, so we let it slide. However, this afternoon I noticed that they had moved into one of my prebuilts. I asked them what they were doing there, as they had not bought the house. At first it seemed that it was a misunderstanding, they may have though that RobertKeller25's selling them an apartment allowed them to build anywhere in town (they are a builder...). However, as soon as I asked them to move out, they stopped responding. After pestering them for a bit, they finally said "NO" in response to my "pls respond." Afterwards, they left the house, and went away. When I went in to inspect the house, I noticed the grief. To this I responded something like "btw, you can give back/replace the quartz you stole, or else I will file a grief report" they did not respond, and disconnected soon afterwards.
