Brief Description:
Zippy_jack is a recent builder who I added to my town after buying a prebuild. He therefor took it upon himself to remove buildings such as other existing prebuilds owned by members, prebuilds for sale, the town hall, the stables, and the cemetery. He even took the liberty of removing for sale signs and modifying the prices.
