Brief Description:
I'm filing this on behalf of the plot owner Longshot__, who is fairly inactive but still resides in my town. I noticed their house looked less colourful (for the lack of redstone and lapis), had someone investigate and concluded it had been griefed. Filing this because grief is not tolerated in SimsCity, and is set in the rules for all players who join the town. Members accept these rules and are trusted to follow them.

The user who is allowed to edit/own this 20x20 plot is Longshot__, who is currently fairly inactive but still has a place in my town.
