Thank you for filing this grief report @I_Wish. Unfortunately, we cannot enforce taking armor or saddles off of a horse as they act like public inventories in that they're free for the taking. To counter this issue in the future, I highly recommend setting the "chest-access" flag to deny in order to keep users from interacting with your horse's inventory. After speaking with the user in-game and determining that no blocks were broken in this instance, I will be dismissing the grief report. Report Dismissed.
