[Grief Report] Recurring problems in the town - the deadly 1x1 holes

Is the Grief located in the Wild? If so, is there a pending Mayor application for this defined region? It's in a protected town.​

Brief Description: Someone dug a hole in a public farm. We had the same problem with the same farm towards the back of it about two months ago, and 1x1 hole problems all over town. Grief report for the above 1x1 hole problems may be found here.​

Evidence: Teleport to the given co-ordinates (please notify and allow me 24 hours if they're wrong)​

The Town Authority would be grateful if no action regarding bans can be taken towards the offender, unless it's a recurring grief and the griefer, if found, has griefed before. If found, we will probably evict the griefer from the town for griefing, if not temporarily ban him due to the grief being very small. ​

Given the lack of visitors to the area, it is possible that log reports have been cleared before the grief was noticed on the 23/12/2012 at approximately 21:30 GMT.​
