Brief Description:

Theft. Came down, stole soul sand and the netherwart planted on it. This was stolen from inside of shared plot between Cogniwhat and Milesdarkedge. I think it may have been Ellrus, we warned him not to go down there before, and had the mayor speak with him. If it was Ellrus down there again, he has been warned repeatedly to stop going onto other people's plots.

Evidence:
12 pieces of soul sand missing, netherwart taken, wheat harvested and not replanted.
