Is the Grief located in the Wild? If so, is there a pending Mayor application for this defined region?
It is not located in the wild, it is part of the main world.

Co-ordinates of Grief:
i) x= -2963, y= 96, z= 4001 (This whole stack of wood planks and the hole created right beside it along with some other minor damage right nearby)
ii) x= -2965, y= 63, z= 4015 (This location along with the immediate area including x= -2959, y= 63, z= 4013)
iii) x= -2961, y-79, z= 4023 (I believe this entire row of planks was placed by the user "hermes462" in order to assist/reach his goal of griefing)

Hermes462 has just griefed another very minor location (1block) for no reason once again.
iv) x= -2959, y=79, z= 4042 (He just randomly broke the block then left the location)

Brief Description:
The "statue" made of different colored wool has been griefed by the player "hermes462". They destroyed a number of blocks and created/stacked wooden planks while creating some holes in the progress. Along with the action being inappropriate, the sign right in front of the statue clearly states the rule about not touching the statue. It was found that it was hermes462's doing after rollsicy investigated the incident as soon as it was discovered.

Evidence:
It's just too clearly visible to post anything really. However, if hermes462 sees this and tries to recoup/fix his or her griefing, I do have multiple screenshots showing what was done.
