Well I fount it at X:2583 Y:51 Z:-6118 It is underground but u can get to it if you go down the ladder to the left of the original chest turn around, go strait through the hole in the wall and go down the stairs. Sndcharger took the stuff from the chest. Unlocked chests are free game please make sure to have all your stuff locked at all times. The tunnel was not dug by him and the hole made showed no signs of ill intentions more like accidently hit your house while mining the town. Dealt with in game.
