    As I have perms in the protected region of empirestate I am going to report that the user jjenda has been banned for Offensive signs/Minor Grief. This report is to keep track of the fact that he was banned for grief on top of the offensive sign.

    @eandy1234 @mjbeck123 I am making you aware that this was done so that you do not have to file a report yourselves. I am sorry this has occurred and I have removed the offensive sign. You will have to re-add your rules though sadly.
    *new user ban reason upgraded from minor to moderate.
    User banned for moderate grief. No roll back needed. Locked.
