If Grief is located in the Wild - Is there a current Town application pending in the Mayors/President + Applications? it is not in the wild

Your X, Y and Z co-ordinates. (ie. X: 100, Y: 60, Z: -100)
the grief was loads of diifernt places but one of them is x = 6405.858 y= 5.00000 z= -10210.528
Brief Description:
A brief description of what was griefed
he was a worker then he said he had to go and then I left then came back on and all griefed!!!
Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area: to many to say
If the grief occurs on a plot, please state the user that owns the plot, as their edits will not be considered grief.no it was not on a plot it was in my underground cocoa bean factory
