The user in question is dolphin5025, I have mailed the user in-game about the matter and I will talk to the further in-game if i see them online, however it is your choice as to if you wish to talk to the mayor/co-mayor of the town about the matter and see if they wish to pursue the matter further or just remove them from the town.
