-1. ECC really isn't that spot for custom made item plugins. I understand they're cool and all, but they have no place here.
"Updated 08/30/2013" Erm... Seems to be for version 1.5... Aside from this, I don't think ECC really needs plugins of this kind. From what I can see it's only a bit of messing around with custom names and the bushes growing from seeds. IF this plugin would go only by the name, it could easily be exploited with coloured renames. Also, the only sense of this would be to get a potion with custom effects (Speed+Jump boost in addition to health). *Points at McMMO* On a side note, your poll might be a bit biased... "Yes" or "No, I don't like ECC." doesn't really leave any chance to simply vote for one's opinion.
