OVR = Override. The macro mod offers the ability to create keybinds on movement keys - e.g. WASD. Holding the override key and pressing the movement key ignores default Minecraft controls and instead executes the key's keybind.
It should only be impossible if you bind something to F2... which would disable screenshots in general. Timestamps would still be possible if you don't bind something to F2 as override will only block controls if a keybind is set for that key.
