We wish you the best in your future endeavours! I'm sorry you are not happy with our help/support team. We treat all users exactly the same and will not be manipulated into handing out free items prior to going through policy based procedures. No one has ever denied you lost a spawner or two, but you have to understand how this community functions, and if you believe you are instantly entitled to free things because of the amount you have spent on our store, you are mistaken. All we asked from you was cooperation in tracing down a bug, but it seems you feel you are simply instantly entitled to fresh items without any assistance in bug tracking. I hope you find a server that serves your expectations in the future.
