No it will not be. Buying a GodDrop at the shop is still cheaper than buying through netherstars, so EXP being on the shop won't change much.
I actually like this change. I figure the only real way to curb the impact of magic tools is to drain out the excess wealth created (gift cards, nstars, xp), make ECC tools more obtainable and make them what the old star tools were, and then try to level the playing field. Obviously you can’t remove them from the economy, but alas. Curious to see what this will do.
will ECC tool odds be higher than magic tool odds given ECC tools are meant to become more accessible?
Potentially, now that they are more accessible. But nothing that would make more than what they already make.
