Glitching through the floor

Brief Description:
Used the /island warp command and warped to the place, but glitched through the floor.

Instructions:
1. do /island warp X (in this case it was Sinder33)

How many times did you recreate this?:
I was not able to recreate this properly, but I do glitch through the floor everytime I warp to said place, before I get teleported right back up again. (Update : I was able to recreate this one more time after the first incident.)

Result:
Glitch through the floor causing death leading to loss of items and exp.

Expected Result:
Not glitching through the floor when warping.
