I was unable to kill anyone for a temporary amount of time, maybe 10-20 minutes. After that, I was able to punch xx3 without fail. I don't recall doing anything to fix my being unable to kill anyone; it does indeed seem to be random.
ty, you should make the first end Island non breakable, like the spawn part of the End. It could perfectly represent a PvP world but it's all griefed and not enjoyable to pvp on
