Diamonds aren't sell able to the server. Builders mine diamonds. How will they be able to sell them? Only means would be mass messaging users, or spamming local.
I would make an argument for trade so they have the means to tell people in the proper channel they wish to sell some things. Are they still able to see trade and auction? *Edited: Just read the announcement on chat changes and price change of resident. I understand why it was changed since auction was a holy nightmare and perhaps by investing in becoming a resident people will bother to read the chat rules regarding the auction channel. I like the edition of the /helpme channel as well.
Builders need at least trade. This is a user economy server... And the only way to make money without the market is trade channel. You can sell most things to the server, but can get a much greater deal with trade channel on some things. And when you are a builder, you cannot have a protected farm - the main source of money on the server right now. :/ And without trade channel, you can't see if anyone is renting out farms...
