alright so i paid 2 different people to buy me each a $10 gift card on the same day. if only one was processed and added to my account where would i check to see which one was processed and which one was not?
You'll have to request the transaction code from the people you bought it from, and then PM Andrew to verify if they are legitimate and/or that they have been processed. If both refuse to give you the code (which I think is very unlikely as one of them was in fact processed) you'll have to post a complaint against both, forcing the 'innocent' one to post a legitimate code so they don't risk being banned.
if both were bought within 1 hour of each other and only 1 was processed is there a possibility that the other is still being processed or should they both have been done?
