If you donate or not, or have donated or not, does not influence us to unban you or not. Trying to kill someone outside of a PvP environment is a very serious offence, and from the minimal effort you have put in to this, plus all your prior appeal attempts, I just do not think you are taking it seriously enough. Read ECC's rules. Copy the one you broke, and paste it in a new appeal, then explain to us how what you did broke that rule, and to reassure us that it will never happen again.
